This package includes half a day interviewing your people individually to find out what makes your business tick. We ask about what information you have, don't have and should have. Why are you in business? What are you delivering? This is not a group workshop.
We then develop an Actionable Roadmap for the next 3 to 6 months. What have we found? What are some immediate steps you can take to improve your business while you plan for the longer term? This is the Start, Stop, Continue.
The interviews and roadmap are best delivered well within two weeks of each other.
